Short of the shipper dropping something heavy on the box, your item will arrive in perfect condition. Beautiful framing and matting, rich colors and ready to hang. I may order another! The replacement was perfect. This is a company with integrity, and I highly recommend them. I appreciate how there was correct usage of packing tape that allowed me to easily remove the tape without damaging the abundant amount of bubble wrap, which I am planning to reuse.
