  the item was not delivered the first i find out is the driver says some one refused the delivery as no one had ordered anything from e bay and the driver was sending the item back. the problem is that evr driver does not want to deliver the the farm as it takes time and he uses a litany of excuses this seems to be a problem at weekends. as to your part ii don't fault you in any way but perhaps you might put pressure on evr as to there delivery standards.
