It said brand new on the description and that’s exactly what I got! I bought Silent Hill 2&3 for the PS3 (mind you it’s release was in 2012 I believe) and got a brand new game complete with manual for a great price, free shipping and it only took 4 days to come. I’m sure you can get it even faster as I ordered right before the weekend so mail takes a bit of time.
