    Very disappointing experience with this seller. I tried to purchase this item for a grand daughters birthday on 2 day delivery and apart from 1 communication I had no explanation as to what was happening even after a couple of prompts looking for some kind of response over 2 weeks of patient waiting. I have now got my money back as per eBay buyer protection, thank you Supriya at eBay customer service and awaiting this toy, hopefully, just in time for my grand daughters birthday!
