Originally the item arrived damaged (I genuinely believe it was mishandled by Royal Mail) I contacted seller with my concerns to be overwhelmed by how great this eBay seller was they went above and beyond to rectify the problem and even took on advice for packaging to avoid from happening again, in fact they thanked me for it!
