  Purchased item & paid through ebay. Seller than requested VAT & pallet/delivery charge be paid, sent direct to their bank. Item was lost, never received and I was refunded what was paid through eBay. The seller has used stalling tactics and excuses as to why I have to wait for the rest of the money - £478.The majority of which is VAT.If not getting the item wasn’t bad enough, getting the rest of my money is proving to be a nightmare. Avoid! Or Only pay them through eBay.

  Failed to mention that you rejected the delivery through the pallet network while we were on holiday!!!! Then opened a dispute whilst we were on holiday got a full refund on this item including eBay fees item was collection only you requested the delivery and this was all arranged and via text the pallet delivery was rejected you even confirmed you did not want the quad anymore while we were away on holiday costing us £216 Pallet costs rejected and £197.94 eBay selling fees non refundable
