    The kaftan arrived, beautifully packaged, but unfortunately in the wrong fabric print. On the left is what I thought I was receiving, on the right is what I actually received. I admit I was disappointed. However, the seller immediately replied with apologies and sincerity, and provided me with a full refund. Thank you, I will purchase from you again. You made a wrong into a right. It is still a nice product.

    Pants arrived - falling apart at the seams, asked to return item and for seller to provide a return label. Seller supposedly supplied prepaid return label through eBay return, but did not, instead the seller offer to send a replacement, which will be too late to arrive. I will have to contact Ebay to step in. Seller Dishonest.
