Malgré les explications et la transmission de tva faite par eBay directement, le livreur a demandé de payer les frais de douane tva. Après de longues discussions il nous a laisser le colis. montage plutôt simple mais pas de peinture à certains endroit (obliger d’aller en faire refaire avec la bonne teinte pour repeindre le bassin (dommage à plus de 1000€) J’attends la mise en eau pour corriger l’avisFollow-up from: l***p- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Facture complémentaire de TVA à régler à UPS. Donc ça vous fait un trou de trésorerie pendant au moins 2 semaines, le temps de recevoir la facture UPS acquitée, la transmettre à Ebay, puis se faire rembourser. On ne demande pas tant de problème et de temps passé quand on achète un produit. Je suis furieux et regrète cet achat tant c'est compliqué.... et CHER
