  Royal Mail all but destroyed the box in which our plants had been packed meaning that two or three of them arrived broken. Having contacted the supplier to report this, they were happy to replace them straight away and thankfully these have now arrived safely. We would be very happy to deal with this company again.   Product had been watered, individually packed in a plastic bag, sealed with an elastic band which created a micro system such that had there been a short delay in transportation the plants would have survived. The quality of the plants were very good, they arrived in a good healthy condition and height was as advertised and ordered. This is the first time I have used this seller but would have know hesitation in recommend them or using them again.

  Lovely plant as described and well packed. The delivery experience with DX though was not good who claimed to have attempted to delivered it but failed to do so even though we were in all day and have a notice advising all couriers to please ring both our door bells and give us chance to answer. Contacted the seller and very much appreciate his support.

  It is impossible to provide warm enough feedback for this amazing company. They are just THE BEST. This time, I ordered a specific variety of Rhubarb ~ another, national concern, had created a ghastly stress-ridden drama when I tried to purchase it. Not GD. The 2 plants, at a good price, are lovely ~ robust, well-grown, healthy. They arrived, Glasgow to Ledbury overnight, packed expertly, and happy as Larry. This is customer service at it's 100% best.
