The first unit broke on start up. These bosses are made to brake in case of a contact with say a rock. This one was faulty. A quick message to the seller with photos and a replacement arrived first thing the next day. It is relatively easy to be good when all goes well. The trick is to be good when it goes wrong. Garden Machinery Direct went the extra mile to make sure things were back on track. Thank you very much, great customer service.
