  Hi there After registering my complaint to the fact that there was missing parts in the package I was replied promptly and politely and was immediately offered with no quibble a same new product as a replacement without returning the one I have already. This was very reassuring and spared me also the hassle of posting back the product. The new product arrived in just under a week and I was happy to receive it.
