  Great value for money and it was a great purchase. Really impressed how well the item was boxed and how delivered in a very short space of time.   Excellent product (regular user), quick despatch/delivery. Listing shows post will be via Parcelforce 48 - so my heart sank when I learnt despatch would in fact be via Evri. Evri's usual high standard of handling packages caused the packing box to become heavily dented and torn on one side, also resulting in the flip-top cap on one of the bottles flipping to the open position and therefore a very small amount of the product leaking into the protective packaging the seller used.

  After corresponding with this seller, the issue was resolved. I showed a photo of the feeder, a couple of days after the local squirrels had visited. The problem was as much my fault for not checking which parts were actually made of metal, as much as the seller for not making it 100% clear. I was offered a replacement which I accepted and was expecting one feeder, as it was only the one that had been damaged. However, TWO arrived today...much to my surprise and gratitude. Great service.
