    After corresponding with this seller, the issue was resolved. I showed a photo of the feeder, a couple of days after the local squirrels had visited. The problem was as much my fault for not checking which parts were actually made of metal, as much as the seller for not making it 100% clear. I was offered a replacement which I accepted and was expecting one feeder, as it was only the one that had been damaged. However, TWO arrived today...much to my surprise and gratitude. Great service.
