After 6 days and no response from the seller, Ebay automatically refunded the order. Why put an item for sale and ghost the buyer?

  I purchased BIN with instant payment on 7/30. Didn't actually ship until 8/10, which was a day after I opened an item not received case with eBay. Not sure why they waited so long to ship. Card arrived as described 8/13. Thanks
