    These are exactly as described. Brand new in their original box. The list price on these is over 180.00, cost is in the 82.00 range from major wholesalers. These were 50.00, an excellent bargain. Arrow M series grade 2 knobs are a good quality knob that I've used for over 35 years. They arrived nicely packed so the boxes that they come in look brand new. The screws were in their sealed packages and the data sheets were intact. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

    My item was delivered completely crushed. I am a in the box collector, so it was disheartened to have my item damaged. The seller did offer to send a brand new one to replace the damaged item. I did not accept offer as I would most likely just open item and display it that way. So being that seller offered to replace item at no cost to me, it was a Positive experience!
