Item ordered was too big so requested a return. Seller contacted me asking why I wanted to return the item. When I said it didn't fit, seller suggested I should still keep the item as it had come with free postage and was good value. When I pointed out I has the right as a buyer to return something that wasnt suitable, I then got rude messages more or less saying "suit yourself". Unprofessional and inappropriate behaviour from a seller towards a buyer.

sometimes we can't decide where we were wrong. The customer wants to return the item, it's normal to ask the reason, may we can resolve the issue? So, I asked. what's wrong? We sell UK standard sizes I sent the item according to the required size. If I offered a discount to keep the item as these are True to UK size where I was Wrong or Rude? you offered to deduct Return postage upon receiving the item. I refunded you fully as a good will guesture. I dont know why I received a Negative Feedback
