    Such a shame the ring wasn't UK authenticated

    The ring was purchased in NY so lacked a UK hallmark. eBay have subsequently acknowledged the ring is authentic but won't allow it to be sold as never passed through a UK assay office. A great shame, but thank you for your understanding.
