Product is as described and good. The courier company unfortunately letting urban-gallery down with poor delivery service. Stayed in all day as got a message saying items would be delivered that lunchtime only to get a text message later saying item was not delivered due to no one at home. Complete joke, was at home all day. All I got when complaining to the delivery service website was the usual automated non helpful reply. Ites came later the following day.

First item didn’t arrive (after a 9 day wait) contacted seller and was informed Evri had lost the package! Seller said they would send another asap. After being unable to track properly and almost another week later, unfortunately , I wasn’t home to take the package and the Evri delivery person left it in the locked gated ginnel. The frame was broken!! I have since glued it back together. Slow service, would recommend seller changed delivery providers. Wasn’t worth my time/effort/cost to return
