    This item was advertised as free next day delivery - it arrived two days late and was actually sent using Royal Mail 48h delivery. I specifically used this seller for next day delivery and whilst I know this isn't guaranteed, advertising next day delivery and using a two day delivery service seems false advertising. Seller didn't respond to my message about this at all.

    No problem with the seller and the item but Royal Mail are appalling - the item was half stuffed into the letterbox and no one rang the doorbell. This has happened before and I cannot now use companies who rely on Royal Mail for their deliveries!
