    The drive arrived with a tape inside, which was promptly not possible to eject. The vendor has asked me to go to a repair shop which quoted the repair to more than I paid the article. I asked for a full refund and return of the product however the vendor started negotiating with me. In the end we settled at 70% refund. Result of the transaction : I have a defective drive on my hands for which I paid 30% of the asking price + shipping. Who ships an LTO drive with a tape inside?
