  Sent me a keyboard with a messed up button, and declined my return saying it’s “not the same keyboard” yet it is. they tried to say it’s not the same because it has a “rip on it” yet it doesn’t even have a rip. I was even ready to compare the serial numbers. Not to mention i had bought Allstate protection plan for 5$ extra. worst customer support i’ve ever received. i’ve never had to return anything before on Ebay and the first time i get accused of lying. SMH the photo of alleged “ripped pad”:

  Picture sent via eBay had the appearance of a torn pad. He then sent a better quality picture as shown in his review in a follow up message. Secondly, the space bar wasn't broken. It was knocked off and re installed incorrectly. Unit works fine. This felt more like a, "I don't like it" I need to return it so he wouldn't be charged shipping for the return.
