    Item arrived late. I had to contact seller to find out when bathrobe going to be delivered. Ordered on 11th arrived on 18th. To credit, seller contacted me. Advertised would arrive 48 hrs. Sadly, courier was terrible. Dumped my item unattended outside my front door where passer-bys could have stolen. Bath robe fab though. Thank you

    The photo of the bear here does not do justice to how beautiful it is! It's so soft and fluffy. It also arrived a few days before expected. Great seller and a gorgeous personalised comfort bear- thank you!

    Discourage buying from this seller. Item was delivered outside a random house on my street and never reached me. Seller refused to contact their chosen Amazon delivery service about this as they claimed the delivery team would not reimburse them for lost item. I spoke to Amazon delivery team myself and they said they would if the seller contacted them. Very upset that I paid for this and it was not delivered to me. No compensation from seller at all and poor customer service.
