The color of the item was nothing like the pictures. I was told maybe the item had dried out and was asked to put water and then a lite coat mineral oil but that didn't work. I returned the item by UPS the same way it was shipped. I verified that the return had been received. I have not received the credit to date. Now I have been blocked from communicating with the seller. Please help!
