This shipped fast, & is a lovely piece, but I am disappointed in the lack of communication by the seller. I reached out shortly after purchasing the item to thank them, as well as to ask them to please be careful with packing this item. I received absolutely no response. I was extremely disappointed. So while the LLadro arrived quickly & safely, I don't know if I'd buy from them again with lack of communication

Hello, I’m sorry if we did not respond. Most buyers try to tell us how to pack items and we always package with care, our store has been business for 31 years and I have been selling on this ebay account since 2017. We always answer questions as quickly as we can. We have a physical store filled with customers and only 2 employees a day to handle the physical store with customers that buy from us and sell to us and eBay which we try to ship same day.
