The seller was very kind and helpful, immediately offering to either resend it or give a refund. At the second round, customs let it go and it arrived.     I bought multiple items, and the shipping came up as much more than the company advertised. I contacted them, and they told me they would immediately refund me the overcharge once I made the purchase. And that's exactly what happened. My beads arrived relatively quickly from overseas.     The vendor had to refund me because Evri/Hermes claimed to have attempted delivery three times. In reality, they flatly refuse to deliver at all and would not have tried even once. By the time I realised that Orange (international carrier distributor) had chosen Evri/Hermes, it was too late and the item went back to China. The vendor was exemplary at communication and refunding. Sadly they are powerless with Orange. I felt so sorry as I would have loved these beads.
