    Received wrong beads, had to send back. Advertised as faceted, but sent me smooth rondelles instead. Such a waste of time! Refund issued, but that's not the point, if the right beads had been sent in the first place, I wouldn't have had to ask for a refund! Why would anybody do that! It all boils down to the fact, they shouldn't advertise what they haven't got in stock, and then send the wrong beads and hope the recipient will keep them! A very disappointing experience in all.
