About us
We manufacture magnetic nanoparticles (MNP) and conjugate different chemical groups on the magnetic nanoparticles with covalent bands. The conjugated magnetic nanoparticles can bind specific molecules that can extract the molecules from a mixture solution, such as DNA, RNA, and proteins.
We have conjugated MNP with silica that can specifically bind DNA/RNA. The modified MNP can extract and purify DNA/RNA from bacterial, fungal, and mammalian cells, tissue, saliva, blood, urine, serum, stool, and FFPE.
We can isolate biotinylated molecules with MNP-streptavidin. The kits are packaged in the ISO7 cleanroom. We have developed the identification of probiotic strains with DNA extraction and PCR or real-time PCR from blended probiotic strains. We continue developing novel magnetic nanoparticles to enrich CTC and exosomes for in vitro diagnosis.
