The item I ordered wasn't received but I'm leaving a five star review. I messaged the seller who quickly acknowledged my message, apologised and because no further stock was available, refunded my money. Unfortunate I didn't receive the item but things do go wrong and the measure of true customer service is how that situation is handled.
