  The item was not as lustrous as the photos but when I contacted the seller they offered to give me a partial refund. I felt this was a good compromise since return shipping is a pain with it being an international purchase. I really appreciated the sellers integrity. That said, I don't think I would buy from them again. I'm realizing that it's really difficult to give the quality of a crystal with photos only.
