One day delay in delivering was due to Royal Mail. The price is fantastic, 4 packs of Pain Patches for £9.99, advertised elsewhere at £6.95 for ONE!!! The whole process could not have been better and I will be looking at what else the seller has in their shop. I have no hesitation in using them again. 5* transaction.

A MISSING PACKAGE ISN'T THE SELLERS FAULT BUT THEY SHOULD AT LEAST HELP INSTEAD OF BEING RUDE AND TRYING TO FORCE A CUSTOMER TO VOLUNTARILY CLOSE A CASE, ONCE CLOSED IT CANNOT BE RE OPENEDED.     Received with packaging opened. Messaged seller who said they had to take it out to photo it for the listing which does sound plausible. I will reserve final judgement until I have fitted it to the laptop but have no reason currently to doubt what the seller says so giving a positive to be fair . It looks as described and was delivered on time so hopefully everything will be OK
