    Excellent service. I had been trying I get one of these door caps ( to cover keyhole) from a JLR main dealer for months. Even hen they only supplied a primed cap and wanted another £100 to get it painted! This part was an exact colour match and arrived within 2 days of ordering. Fantastic!

    APPROACH WITH CAUTION - colour does not match - reached out to seller who refused to support with a partial refund to make up for their issue - instead they insisted on a return, which is not appropriate, as would still leave me without a lock cover - real shame, as a sensible partial refund would have prevented this feedback from being left - could have purchased for £8, instead paid £28 to this seller on the basis of their fraudulent claims to match the correct colour… AVOID

    As you can see from our 1200 reviews this feedback is false.To simplify it buyer wasn’t happy with item and we offered a full refund and too return the item free of charge. Buyer didn’t want to return the item but wanted the majority of cost refunded (otherwise they threatened negative feedback) though we sent what was ordered.Buyer was also asked where they could source part for £8 turns out they couldn’t.Which is irrelevant anyway as they chose to purchase with us. Sellers beware of this buyer
