    Unfortunately the box came heavily damaged on one side and the product itself is fake (as can be seen clearly from the rear graphics and text on the box). The seller very kindly resolved the issue for me and was very apologetic, providing a full refund without the need for a return. However the product is still counterfeit whether the seller was aware or not. Thus I am providing a neutral review in regards to a negative product experience but a sound and positive customer service experience.
