  Grill arrived damaged. I sent pictures of the damage as soon as it arrived but the seller did not refund or replace despite acknowledging the damage. I gave them several chances to make it right over the course of several weeks. Terrible customer service. Buyers beware! This the first time I've had to leave a negative review on eBay.

  We'd like to send Benz logo for replacing damaged one, but buyer ask for whole new set with grille for replacement . buyer also will NOT send defective one to USA warehouse for replacemnt, and refused to open a case in ebay to processing the defective case. unwelcome buyer.
