    Total misrepresented the item. Picture is not what u get!! Claims its in protective plastic. It is not and arrives with scratches. Blames ebay for the errand description. Wants me to pay to shipitem back. Has offered no assistance how to resolve. Ebay says seller dies have options DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

    We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We immediately accepted the buyer’s return request and approved a 100% refund with free return shipping. The buyer then declined the offer and instead requested only a large discount to keep the item they did not want. Since the item was never returned after the refund was approved and free return shipping provided, we reported the situation to eBay for review the buyer to ensure all sellers and buyers are treated fairly.
