    Reasonable value for money but one gripe: it came by Evri and not Royal Mail as advertised. I did ( and always do) look for a seller who used RM. ,genXon-direct said it did, but didn't. I live in a tenement ( 3rd floor) and have severe arthritis . The current Evri courier puts their parcels in a dirty disused coal- 'cupboard' - no attempt to deliver it to the door so it takes me a good while to clamber up and down the stairs; Royal Mail climb the stairs for me

    Office paper trays loose in a cardboard box with no internal packaging. Carton secured with 'FRAGILE' adhesive tape that was not securing the closing flaps as they were set in. Luckily the goods were not exposed or damaged. Good product, and despatch and prompt delivery was excellent.

    Original order did not arrive. Contacted seller very nicely resent another replacement. This arrived as per instruction. Would recommend as not sellers fault it was Royal mail who lost original order. Seller perfect and easy to message.
