The item that was described was a Woolrich down alternative comforter. The item I received was a Sunbeam electric fleece blanket. I told the seller and they offered me a $20 refund. I paid over $76 for this item with the price and shipping, so a $20 refund is piddly and unacceptable and an insult. I do not leave negative reviews, heck I hardly leave good reviews, but this is 100% the sellers fault and they are trying to take very little responsibility to resolve the problem.

It came shipped in a poly mailer, which to some may be an issue because they are pricey dolls, but I planned to unbox them so it was fine. Shipped about 3-5 days after I ordered. They are perfect! Thank you so much!

Love the doll. However, I'm disappointed in the seller because I messaged them twice to see if they could send to a different address because of porch pirates in our neighborhood. They never responded and sent it to our house. Luckily I was home when it was delivered.

Love my pretty vase but I asked that the lid be packed separately from the vase. Instead, the lid and vase were taped all over the lid and body of the vase. These long strips of packing Scotch tape left residue on the whole lid & whole vase, which has taken many hours to remove. NOT HAPPY! WHY WOULD ONE DO SUCH A HORRIBLE THING? Will never buy from this seller again. The only reason I’m giving a Positive feedback, is because the vase was packed well and shipped in a timely fashion.
