You certainly will not receive a unit in the condition of the advertised one. The seller sent me 3 units. The first one was non functional, the second had pry marks and broken screws rattling around inside, and the third had bent mounting tabs and scratches on the front bezel. To top it off, they want you to fill out an exchange form and PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you care about the cosmetic quality of your vehicle.

Show a photo of the entire item. The product buyer received is in Beautiful Condition. Fully functional with a Brand New screen and buttons installed. We have been doing this for 20 years, anyone would have been more than happy to receive this part. Buyer did not pay for any shipping costs - We went above and beyond for him and paid out of pocket 3 Times to appease buyer, just to receive a negative review. The way we were treated by this buyer is unreasonable and frustrating.

The photo uploaded proves that the buyer did not install the buttons purchased properly. Listing disclosure explains that the metal sleeve left over from old button must be removed before installing new parts. The new parts are not fully seated because buyer did not do this. Never had a problem in 7 years. This feedback is not valid - buyer error - misuse of product. No communication from buyer before leaving this seller feedback. Not fair. Please do not leave bad reviews - please be more kind.

In light of the fact that they did not fit correctly (and yes, I removed the collar), the seller offered up a refund. I threw them away and don't need a refund but appreciate the kind gesture. Unfortunately, I cannot change the feedback once it's left otherwise I'd adjust.

item listing is inaccurate. Listing stated location that item ships from is Long Beach, Ca. CA tax applied as well. Item came from out of state ( east coast ). Asked seller for some clarification since I purchased this item because it's location was close to me. Instead of addressing my concerns, seller states they lost money on the transaction, which is untrue and not pertinent to the discussion. Listing is inaccurate, FYI. Poor communication. Part is OEM. Thanks anyways.

Product was out of stock in our local warehouse, to expedite the order and to make the customer happy we sourced product at a higher cost. We kindly updated customer with his tracking information on the same day of order, instead of thanking us for providing the information to him, he began sending countless threatening messages. Yes, eBay fees are extremely high, and we took a loss. No good deed ever goes unpunished. Unfortunately, people who are happy tend not to leave Positive Reviews.
