    I am sorry but you are leaving a bad review because we didn't let you keep the "damaged" item and refund you? It was a rear light damaged in transit according to you? it's very normal practice to return damaged goods for a refund? You was refunded in full after we received the item back, thank you for following eBay terms and conditions we know it's not ideal having to return "damaged" goods but that's how things work believe it or not.

    I bought a new headlight module from this seller (it is listed as a new part). It went past the date it was due to be delivered I contacted the seller and they said they had sent the part that we had ordered to someone else but they could source another one. We did have to chase the seller again to ask when it was coming because if it wasn t here then we would like to cancel. It was then sent two days later as a next day delivery as a used part
