The item was made up of baubles, very pretty but just arrived in a bag so very badly damaged by the time it arrived. The seller offered me a very small amount as a refund so I had to open a case against them sadly. I did get a full refund eventually but it was such a shame that it wasn't well wrapped in the first place as I would of loved it if it had been undamaged & my feedback would of been so different. My advice is to put items in boxes to deliver and not a bag. :(
