  I ordered a poster that got hung up in California for 2 weeks, waiting for a shipping label. I contacted the seller about my options, and they said they would send another. The next day, the USPS notified me that delivery (in Seattle) was scheduled for that day. It was delivered, and I notified the seller, who had already shipped the replacement.
