Ordered 2nd March, Apparently dispatched on the 5th but still hadn't arrived 2 weeks later so started case & 'another' was dispatched; Arrived on the 18th & looked like the photos, ROTTEN BAMBOO & RUSTY WIRES, looks like it's lived in a Pond! Contacted Ebay, they started a return but seller only provided a return label for 2kg when it weighs 22kg, clearly not that bright! Can't take parcels over 20kg to a normal post office counter, Contacted Ebay again & was refunded! ZERO Contact from Seller!!

The item is as described but unfortunately it wasn't dispatched when it was marked as dispatched! It took a few messages before getting a reply saying " please wait a few more days" the day after that message it was actually dispatched! Until that time when tracking it, it just said we're waiting for the item, we will let you know when we got it, in the evri app and Ebay tracking link. Should have been negative feedback but I'm not that bad.

Wrong item was sent, and that was damaged. I was sent a waterproofer when I actually ordered a cleaner. I messaged them to let them know and was given some gumpf about the barcode still being the same. No way of finding a solution was offered.
Looking at the other reviews on here, you’ll be lucky to get what you ordered, and don’t expect any customer service if there’s a problem.

Item was not as shown. We bough a large roll. What was shown was heavy duty tough stiff plastic that stayed on the carpet. What was received was soft flimsy plastic that slid around and was dangerous. Seller was helpful but we Could not return as we sectioned it before realising it was not what we ordered.
