  Good value Item has arrived in excellent condition, but delivery was 7 days from order which is longer than usual with ebay commerce I thought?   This printer arrived in excellent condition but inexplicably gave error messages instead of printing despite spending a considerable time trying. The seller responded immediately to my emails and when I finally had to ask for a refund, this was instantly accepted without return and the refund was made on the evening of the day of delivery.. fantastic seller who couldn't be faulted in anyway so many thanks again Joe and you are added to my saved seller list
