  Unfortunately the first package was damaged by the courier Evri who in my opinion are an appalling delivery service, saying that the supplier was more than accommodating and was quick to reply, luckily the replacement item was delivered by royal mail in good condition. I hope in the future that Evri are not used, if its cheap there is a reason. This is in no way is a reflection of the supplier as they were very good and swift with the replacement.

  Happy with my order it’s arrived today one thing I will say according to the details it’s supposed to be washed grit and it needs washing again but apart from that not too bad fast delivery and is a good product packaging could be in a better box so it doesn’t go flying in the post but apart from that it’s a good service and good customer service ie communication was good

  Returning the wrong item, 800ml sent instead of 2.5ltr. I have try contacting several times with this seller but have had know reply £9.99 for 800ml that I can buy from B&M for £3.45 so disappointed with this none responsive seller. BEAWARE BUYERS

  As always an excellent product in a sealed bag at the best price. Evri delivery as always excellent. Sadly this carton was damaged and contents of one container leaked. Please Invest in labels "This Side Up" and "Fragile" cannot guarantee they will work but given items packed in a single flute carton it may prevent it happening again.

  Product fine and good value, seller dispatched item very quickly and must be aplauded, however couriers are a disgrace (EVRI) Email information that parcel would be delivered Thursday 11.45 to 13.45 waited in but no show. Further email saying unable to deliver. ???? Email Friday delivery between 12.00 and 14.00, it did arrive just within that time slot.

  Well packed in excellent condition and great value. My only issue was with Evri delivery time..8.53pm in the evening...yes it was delivered on the day so I guess even 12 midnight would be cceptable ...This is no fault of this ebayer but it's a pity that Evri's delivery soured my experience. .
