    Unfortunately this item was lost by the courier firm Evri (not the first time this has happened to me) However the sign of a good business is how they deal with something when things go wrong. They responding really quickly when I raised my concerns and refunded my money with no quibbles when it became clear the courier had dropped the ball. So despite things going awry I can't fault GTL and wouldn't rule out buying from them again for they're prices can't be beat.
