    Shipped quickly, package was a little ripped upping arrival. When I opened it, I sadly noticed a gouge in the left arm, and the incorrect left hand (not as described). However, when I requested a return (no returns), not only did the seller 1) immediately accept the return, they 2) offered to source the parts and send for free, 3) offered a free store credit as apology, and 4) offered a partial refund if I wanted to keep the item and source a new arm myself. Honestly, I’m completely satisfied!!

    Quality of postage was superb, figure arrived well packaged, seller posted package swiftly after ordering, item was correct. However some damages were not visible image shown for example torso crack and the seller provided incorrect brand for lightsaber hilt (was not legitimate Lego brand lightsaber hilt). To conclude good seller, would just prefer to see damages and other faults with product before purchasing.

    Unfortunately the item was posted to wrong address, human error and it happens, but the communication back from seller was first class, there mistake full refund immediately with apologies. I've re ordered with them l. Would definitely deal with seller again.
