I suspect the carrier is at fault for the damage and that the package was in mint condition when packaged by the seller, but I would recommend the seller start shipping these in boxes rather than in plastic slips to avoid further incidences of damage. Order arrived on time and as described. Would purchase from again!

I informed GGD of the issue with my brush & they were extremely sympathetic & proactive toward my situation. We were able to work out a deal where both of us made out well in the end. Tens of thousands to even millions sell items on eBay. 9/10 times things go well. When that 1x happens, I hope that you get to deal w operators like GGD. Earned my loyalty.
