Yodel is the main problem hence neutral but they could of asked the courier where the item was put if delivery was made at all. Ebay ruled in the seller favour so I am out of pocket.

    Arrived 5 days after order. 2nd torque arm of this kind. 14 to 18mm x 10 mm with. I was hoping the extra twist would fit. Unfortunately it’s about 2mm off accepting the panier screw. 3rd attempt on its way.
