  Both the postage time and the communication were prompt. However, the box was so poorly packed that it was squashed and broken open. The tools arrived, but many grommets did not make the journey (most of the flat halves, in particular, were lost), and most of the parts that did arrive were badly bent. The best remidy offered was a 30% refund. The seller would not even agree to sending a new set of just (well packed) grommets. Very poor.
