Has to be the worst customer service that I have ever encountered, never responded to my message asking for help with delivery (after the courier drove straight past) then took a week to respond to a non received case stating lies about the carrier not being able to deliver to my address, not once did they offer a solution and have made me wait an additional 10 days for a refund for an item that I have not received!!
