    Purchased an item described as a USA product..!! however Asian product arrived..?? contacted seller 6 times.. totally ignored my correspondence ..if i had wanted Asian product could have purchased locally for less than half the price.. shipping was the extra cost.. listing stated USA product..very annoyed at no communication from seller and feeling ripped off.. so no other option but negative feedback i was under the impression seller sold USA products..not ASIAN products

    We didn't completely ignore them. We simply told them they are wrong initially and explained why they were wrong. Unfortunately they read a blog somewhere that mis-lead them on the necks authenticity. We then ignored them when they would not listen. We always list the item as what it actually is. We will not waste our limited time on a buyer who won't accept that the item is what we listed it as.
